- Function and today's volume and cycle time
- Executive sponsor and operational owner
- Systems to integrate and who grants access
- Approval tiers for each action (see the worksheet)
- Success measure: cycle time, cost per unit, quality, customer outcome
- Shadow-mode start date, supervised date, default-path date
- Who supervises after launch and what they stop doing
Sequencing rules
- Start with high-volume, rule-heavy, already-digital work.
- Do one service to default path before starting a third.
- Put anything customer-facing that needs taste or negotiation last.
