CRM automation
A CRM that updates itself.
The CRM is only as good as what gets entered, and nobody wants to enter it. This pipeline captures activity from email, calendar and calls, writes the summary, enriches the record, keeps stages honest and watches account health. Stage changes wait for a person to approve; everything else is logged and sampled for review.

How it runs
Step through the pipeline.
Click a step or let it play. The account record on the right fills in as the agents work.
Step 01 of 08
Capture the activity
Emails, meetings and calls are picked up from the tools your team already lives in and logged against the right contact and deal. Nobody types a note into the CRM again.

01 · Capture the activity
Emails, meetings and calls are picked up from the tools your team already lives in and logged against the right contact and deal. Nobody types a note into the CRM again.
Tools: Gmail / Outlook, Google Calendar, Fireflies / Gong. Output: Activity.
02 · Extract what mattered
The agent writes the summary a good rep would: decisions, objections, new stakeholders and the agreed next step, in the fields where the team will actually find them.
Tools: Velum agent. Output: Summary.
03 · Enrich the record
Missing titles, company size, tech stack and new stakeholders are completed from public and internal sources, so every record is whole without anyone researching.
Tools: Apollo, Exa. Output: Enrichment.
04 · Keep stages honest
Stage, close date and amount are checked against real activity. When they disagree, the agent proposes the correction with its evidence and a person approves it.
Tools: HubSpot / Salesforce. Output: Stage. A person approves before this step completes.
05 · Clean as you go
Duplicates are merged, stale deals flagged and required fields chased, continuously rather than in a painful quarterly clean-up.
Tools: HubSpot / Salesforce. Output: Hygiene.
06 · Watch account health
Usage, open tickets and sentiment are combined into a health score for every account, so risk is visible months before the renewal conversation.
Tools: Help desk, Billing, Product analytics. Output: Health.
07 · Prepare the handoff
When a deal closes, the sales-to-delivery pack is assembled from calls, notes and the contract, so the next team starts with full context.
Tools: Velum agent, Slack. Output: Handoff.
08 · Deliver the weekly review
Every Monday the team gets the accounts and deals that need attention this week, with the recommended action for each, instead of a dashboard nobody opens.
Tools: Slack, Email. Output: Review.

Illustrative targets from comparable engagements. Your baseline is measured in the audit and the targets are agreed before we build.
Hours saved and ROI
What it is worth to your team.
Start from our defaults for this pipeline, then move the sliders to your numbers. The maths is simple and shown.
A typical rep spends about an hour a day logging activity, updating stages and chasing missing fields. Capture, summaries and continuous hygiene remove almost all of it.
Eight reps each spending 5 hours a week on CRM admin at a $60 loaded hourly cost: about 36 hours of selling time back every week, roughly $112,000 a year, before counting renewals caught a quarter early.
Gross capacity, not cash savings. Excludes implementation, software and supervision costs, which are quoted before we start.
