The agent researches trips, compares sourced options and confirms a specific choice with the traveller. It drives a real browser to prepare checkout, hands payment to the person, and only reports a booking as confirmed after checking the supplier's evidence. It runs as a durable workflow that survives restarts, over chat, iMessage and WhatsApp.
